The Hobby Shop I have always been very skeptical about people who solicit my company and claim to be able to build us a better web site and get it done quickly and conform to a reasonable budget. I can appreciate first hand the time it takes to plan the work that goes into building a web site. I used to be the webmaster for our company before there were programs that can be purchased from a local computer supply store. His communication and customer service is unparalleled by any one person or company we have dealings with for the 30 years we've been in business. Hi Dean, Life is full of the unexpected, it's as if some one else is writing the chapters of our book. I believe in a higher power that brings to me what I need when I need it. Things happen unexpectedly which adds to the mystery of life. When I started my business, I put a 3 month ad in a local publication called the Route 9 Shopper. I was advertising for customers to use my services. Unfortunately no one came to me at all to become my customer, but fortunately for me you called me and told me that you saw my ad and that you could help me in my marketing campaign. I wasn't looking for you or for that matter any one, but I needed help and I didn't know who talk to. I asked you to send me an email describing how you could help me and you replied with a description of your services and I was impressed with the way you expressed yourself in writing and so I decided to hire you. And so over the last 2 months you have started contacting prospects for appointment setting services to help me get customers, you have designed post cards that I will be using in my marketing campaign, you have designed flyers that I pass out to prospective business customers and the real big one you have redesigned my website. These are the comments that everybody made who has looked at the redesigned website that you did for me, which increased from the original 3 pages to 17 pages. The comments were: WOW, If any body asked me to describe you I would say: You are intense, honest, creative, very imaginative, your a one man band that plays several different instruments all of them well. You do what you say your going to do. One of the things that really impressed me is this past Saturday night when most people go out to enjoy themselves, you sent me an email a 10pm telling me that you were tweaking my web site to make it better. And one of things that Like about you besides the other things I mentioned is your one of the few people I have done business with that doesn't aggravate me. Keep up the good work. Best Regards.
